6. Return / Exchange Policy

6.1 All sales are final. Due to the nature of fabric retail, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.
6.2 We encourage customers to carefully check product descriptions, measurements, and colour details before purchasing.
6.3 In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or incorrect goods, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at help@kapdeywala.com with clear photographs. We will assess and, at our discretion, arrange for a replacement or store credit.
